DELIVERY

Delivery is FREE for all orders for £150 

Orders under £150 + VAT and shipping is £14.40

DELIVERY ADDRESS

WE will deliver to the address you have submitted when ordering on the site, if you choose to pay via paypal which has a different address we will still deliver to the address submitted when ordering as we cannot be responsible for orders being delivered to an incorrect address due to your paypal account delivery details being different

TURNAROUND TIME

We aim to have your order printed,packaged and posted within 3 working days from the time of order and payment, All items are sent via Parcel Force 48hr service. If your order is placed after 2pm we will process your order the following day, for larger orders processing times my increase.

PARCEL FORCE DELIVERIES

We cannot be held resposible if the couriers do not deliver on time. Please ensure you have given us the correct address when ordering as it it difficult for us the change this once in the system and your order has been sent out. Please also make sure there will be someone at the address to sign for your order, if no one is in they will usually leave a card and try again, if after the 2nd attempt, there is still no one there, you will have to arrange collection as detailed on the card they will leave which will usually mean you collecting from their depot.

SIGNING FOR DELIVERY

 Parcel Force will ask for a signature. Please check all goods before signing for them. Once signed for all goods are considered and deemed ” delivered in good condition and correct” and after signature we cannot help with any damaged or missing products.
